A Realtor since 1994, Sue is a full-time agent who specializes in residential real estate. Her primary focus is on helping buyers and sellers in the Rochester, Rochester Hills, Clarkston, Oakland Township, Lake Orion, Oxford, Addison Township, Shelby Township, Utica, Washington, Romeo, and Bruce Township. She also assists buyers and sellers in other areas across Oakland, Macomb, Genesee, Lapeer, Wayne, and Livingston counties.

She has the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation as well as the e-Pro Internet Marketing Specialist designation and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Relocation and Executive properties, and also loves marketing unique rural properties. Her full-time assistant is also experienced in all aspects of the real estate transaction. She handles some of the "behind-the-scenes" listing ans selling activities and is an aggressive, dedicated problem solver.  

Sue works primarily out of her home office (and her car!), however she occasional works out of both the Real Estate One Clarkston and Rochester offices.

Sue currently resides in North Macomb County, however she is engaged to be married to Paul Zieske of Fenton this summer (so will be moving soon just like you!) She is the proud mother of Alex (14) and Ben (10) and Stepmom-to-be of Nick (21) and Skyler (7). She also is mom to two goofy Great Danes, Emmy and Nova! 

Sue loves outdoor family activities like camping, hiking, and traveling. She also finds relaxation and rejuvenation by running on the quiet rural roads of North Macomb County (and completed her first Half Marathon in 2006!)
